2) CultJobs

Cultjobs is a job portal started since 2007 that is dedicated to help young creative talents to secure jobs. For freelancers, you get to deposit your resume and build a profile on their website. That will help you apply for more jobs without retyping your profile or reuploading your resume pdf. For employers, you get to post a job free for 30 days.

3) Freelancer.sg

Freelancer.sg is a another job portal dedicated for freelancers in Singapore. It is currently owned by Freelancer.com which is a global freelancing marketplace.

For freelancers, the trick to use Freelancer.sg is to type “Singapore” in the browse jobs section to filter jobs for Singapore.

For employers, you get to post your jobs.

According to their fees page,

For freelancers

The fee for fixed price projects is 10% or $6.50 SGD, whichever is greater, and 10% for hourly projects.

For employers

For fixed price projects, a fee of 3% or $4.00 SGD (whichever is greater) is levied at the time a project that has been awarded by you has been accepted by each freelancer you award. If you subsequently pay the freelancer more than the original bid amount we will also charge the project fee on any overage payments.

For hourly projects, a fee of 3% is levied on each payment that you make to the freelancer.

Startupjobs.asia is a niche job website that is dedicated to startups in Singapore. Most startups usually hire freelancers or part timers due to budget limitation. For freelancers, you can search for freelance in the search bar to filter jobs that are part time or freelance. For employers, you get to post jobs to attract people looking to work in a startup.

Glints is a jobs marketplace that is focused on startup jobs. It was founded in Aug 2013 and has been very successful. For example, it raised $6.8 million in 2019 and even has a wikipedia page for your reference. With sufficient funding, they are able to attract quality companies to create jobs on their platform.

Job street is a job portal in Singapore that has jobs for most industries. To filter freelance jobs, just simply type freelance in their search bar and you will get a list. For employers, you may inquire how much is it to post in jobstreets via this page.

JobsDB.com is a generic job portal in Singapore. It has an ongoing partnership with jobstreet.com to provide more opportunities for job seekers. For you to find freelance jobs, you will have to filter it via the keyword “Freelance”. For employers, posting a job is free at the moment.
